II.Operation workflow .
1: First procedure of Chicken production line is hanging lively chicken. The qualified chicken are hanged on the slaughtering conveying rail, the chicken cages are conveying by the Cage Conveying Machine. The empty cages are cleaned by the Cage Washer and load on trunk.
2: The chicken on rail are entering into the Stunning Machine that is used water with electricity to numb the chicken so that lows the risk of broken the wings and the claws of chicken and ensure the quality of the products.
3.After stunning the chicken is in condition of dizzy, the workers can be easy to kill and let the chicken blood for 4-5 minutes, then go to Scalding Tank.Some countries that have Islamic religion no need to stun the chicken ,then they can kill the lively chicken directly.
4: Chicken scalding is making in the tank .The Scalding Tank heats by steam and controls the temperature of the water between 59-61 degree automatic or manual. The tank installs system to average the temperature of the water to avoid hurting to the chicken bodies because of the scalding. It will take 70 seconds the chicken stay in the scalding tank then go forward to another procedure De-feather.
5: There are two kinds of De-Feather Machine in our factory, one is Horizontal type and one is Vertical Type. The Horizontal De-feather machine can remove the feather and the yellow skin of the claws in same time. However the Vertical De-feather machine is very easy to maintain and have a big capacity son on .The user can choose the type of the De-feather machine as the capacity and the layout of the plant.
6: In this procedure, needs workers to remove the organs and through the sliding trough, the organs can go into the organs processing Room in that the worker can make further process to these organs and pack them then go into the warehouses. Gizzards Fat Removing Machine, Claw Skin Removing Machine and Gizzards Machine are used here.
7: The chicken without organs can go to for pre-cooling by the Belt Conveying Machine or another conveying Rail. 40-45 minutes for pre-cooling can release the extra acid from the body and low the body temperature and the time of Freezing and make the color of the body well. Several kinds of pre-cooling ways including Spiral Screw Chiller, Conveying Rail and Air Cooling .The user can choose the suitable one for his slaughterhouse.
8: After Pre-cooling, the workers can cut the carcass on the rail and class the products then deliver the final products to the warehouse for sale.
